Questions, or a
correction?
Questions about our guides, a correction to a page, or an update to the operator directory? We’re glad to hear from you.
We read everything and act on corrections as soon as we can verify them, though we can’t promise an individual reply to every message. We only use what you send to handle your enquiry — nothing more.
To help us act quickly, include the page URL and the specific line or claim you’re writing about, plus a link or source for any correction. For a register update, the operator’s name and license number let us check the entry against the authority’s published record before we change anything.
How we handle what you send
Every message is read by a person, not an autoresponder. When you flag a factual error, we look for the primary source behind the claim — an official Curaçao Gaming Authority publication, a dated regulation, or the operator’s own license record — before we change anything on the page. That means we won’t edit a guide on a single report alone, but a well-sourced correction is usually the fastest thing we act on.
Register updates take a little more care. Our operator directory reflects the authority’s published register at a point in time, and Curaçao license periods are provisional and re-checked on a rolling basis. So when you tell us a listing looks wrong, we compare it against the current official record rather than editing on request — the aim is for the directory to match the authority, not to diverge from it.
We can’t promise an individual reply to every message, but corrections and register notes are triaged first. Your message is used only to handle your enquiry, and we don’t add you to any mailing list or share what you send.
Corrections
If something on a guide is out of date or inaccurate, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Frequently asked
Can you help me get a withdrawal or refund from a casino?
No — we are a guide to Curaçao licensing, not an operator or a regulator. Raise a payment issue with the casino’s support first. If it stays unresolved and the site holds a Curaçao license, the Curaçao Gaming Authority handles operator complaints at cga.cw.
Can you unblock my casino account or settle a dispute?
No. Account access and disputes are between you and the operator. An unresolved complaint about a Curaçao-licensed operator can be escalated to the authority at cga.cw — we cannot act on an account or intervene on anyone’s behalf.
Do you give legal advice on getting a Curaçao license?
No. Licensing is handled by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and applications usually go through licensing advisers. Our guides explain how the regime works in plain English, but they are not legal advice.
How long does a correction take?
Once we can verify a change against a reliable source, most corrections go live within a few working days. Updates that depend on the authority’s published register are made only after we re-check that record, so they can take a little longer.
Can I suggest a topic for a new guide?
Yes. If there is a part of Curaçao licensing you would like explained, send the question and we will consider it for a future guide. We prioritise topics that come up repeatedly from readers.
What we can’t help with
We’re a guide to Curaçao licensing — we don’t issue, confirm or revoke licenses, and we can’t verify a specific operator’s standing on anyone’s behalf. Only the Curaçao Gaming Authority can. For official license matters, applications, or complaints about an operator, contact the authority directly at cga.cw.
