It is not legal, financial, regulatory or gambling advice, and it is not a substitute for professional guidance or for the authority's own published material. If you need a decision you can rely on, take it from the authority or a qualified adviser.
Who can use this site
The information here concerns online gambling, which is restricted to adults. You should only act on it if you are of the legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction. Online gambling is regulated — and in some places restricted or prohibited — so it is your responsibility to know and follow the law that applies where you live. Nothing on this site overrides your local rules.
We are not the licensing authority
Curaçao Gaming Index is a guide to the Curaçao licensing framework. It does not issue, confirm, suspend or revoke licenses, and it cannot verify an operator on your behalf. Licensing and the official register are the responsibility of the Curaçao Gaming Authority, online at cga.cw. Always treat the authority's own register as the source of truth.
Accuracy and no warranty
We work to keep the guides correct and current, and we label reported figures as reported where they come from advisers rather than the authority. Even so, the framework changes and errors are possible, so we make no warranty that everything here is complete, accurate or up to date. Confirm anything that matters on the official register before relying on it.
